Lady Bailey, the -well-known air* woman, left Croydon at 2.40 'a.:-, yesterday for Cape Town in an attempt to beat the record of four days six hours fifty-six minutes for the journey which was set up by Mrs. Amy Mollison. Sha flew, over Oran, Algeria, but .later re-, turned to Oran, where she landed at 3.30 p.m., complaining of extreme fatigue. The doctor found symptoms of influenza. She rested fbr some hours, but at 9.30 last night she refilled and continued her flight. ' <
