Thirty members of the so-called Farm Forum in the House of Representatives have pledged themselves to support a measure calling for a three billion dollars expansion of the currency: Under the measure bonds'.would be issued in instalments of a billion dollars and turned over to the Federal Reserve Banks, which would issue currency to that amount.
