SWEETMAKER

Vanilla Toffee.—Two ounces of butter, four ounces of brown sugar, four tablespoonfuls of milk, and a" few drops of vanilla flavouring. Put all ingredients, except the flavouring, into' a saucepan, stand the pan over a slow heat and bring to the boil, stirring all the time. Then boil the mixture quickly tor several minutes.
