James Lang Stewart, a butcher, aged 44 years, was fined £2, in default fourteen days' imprisonment, by Messrs. W. H. Coy and E. W. Burbidge, J.P. 's, at the Magistrate's Court to-day for using obscene language. On a charge of assault he was fined £1, in default seven days' imprisonment.
