PROGRESS AT OTTAWA
OTTAWA, 22nd November.
■ The Canada-Southern Bhodesia, trad* agreement was given a. third reading in the House of Commons on Tuesday by 105 votes to 16, Mr. Mackenzie King and a number of other Liberals causing surprise by voting for the agree* ment.
Third readings were given to tha Free State agreement b> S9 -votes to 4S and to the South African agreement by 92 to 48. .
