LONDON, 17th. November. ■' The yield from grain levies in Russi* being less than a quarter of that prescribed, the' Communist Central Committee, according to rthe Riga correspondent of "The Times," has sent missions to the TJkraine and the district north of the Caucasus -with orders to bring the ringleaders in passive Tesistance on the farms before tribunals for exemplary punishment.
