THREE DIVIDENDS
LEVIN ON SATURDAY
The Levin Racing Club has decided to use the three-dividend system' at its meeting on Saturday. Three dividends will'be paid in all events in which there are nine or more allotted numbers, and two dividends in races with five to eight (inclusive) numbers. A ten-shilling totalisator will be in operation. , '
As to the non-appearance of Posy's name in the nominations, the secretary (Mr. SV Nicholson) advises tiiat the filly's name was on the nomination sheet' as supplied by the nominator," but a line crossed the entry and he took it that it had been intended to delete her name. -
The first race on Saturday starts at noon, and the final race is scheduled to be run at 5.20 p.m. '," ■
