CAR DRIVER IN TROUBLE
DANGEROUS DRIVING - ALLEGED -
Bonald Irvine Bolton, n.c.0., of the New Zealand Permanent Staff, was charged at the Petone Court yesterday with dangerous driving a t Trentham. The police stated that he had seven passengers in- his car, of whom two were standing on the running boards When one of the passenger's hats blew off the driver attempted to turn round, but collided with a telegraph post, and one passenger had two legs broken another ifad one°leg brok n, and a third had an arm broken '• A plea of not guilty was entered Mr Dunn, CoUllse l for Bo]t fl h ■ £ ranyone was riding -on 'the"' boards and explained that a door which wun g open as the car turned had hit V?°v- a"d-«aM*l.tl»e trouble.
