LONDON RABBITSKIN SALES.
Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having' received cable advice from their head office on the recent miles held in London. Offerings were 2740 bales, sold 1103 bales. Home trade buyers principal operators, foreign biryers reserved. Furriers poor demand. Few offerings' of New Zealand skins. Prices unchanged when sold, hatters good demand, pulling sorts firm, unpiilled sorts slightly dearer. As compared with the closing rates of the September series prices are as follows:— Full winters, prime thin pelts, 45d to 46d per lb; full winters, prime thin pelts, slightly spotty, 42d to 43d; full winters, medium and stout pelte, 40d to 50d; second and late winters (thin pelts), 25d to 35d; second and.late winters (stout pelts), 25d to 3nd; early wintera and first incomings, 30d to 35d; late autumns, 25d to 30dearly autumns, 14d to lod;.outgoings and springs, 12d to lod; autumn racks, 9d; light racks, B%d; springs .and :; summer racks, not quoted; inferior and damaged (fair togood),-14d to 18d; inferior and damaged (medium to' poor), 5d to 12d; milkys (fair to good), 13d to 14d-; milkys (medium to poor), 6d to lid; kittens and suckers, 4d to sd, all per pound.
Golden Point Gold and Seheelite Co. reports a loss of £1011 for the year ended 30th September.
