IN. HIKURANGI MINE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association ) WHANGAEEI, This Day. The Hikurangi Coal Company, whose mine was partially flooded a few days ago, has now been called upon to extinguish a fire which resulted from spontaneous combustion during the doe watch last night. , S The portion of the mine which is affected has been sealed up, and it.is expected that hewing will be resumed to-morrow.'
