An actor with a Satanic accent is sought by the British Broadcasting Corporation for a play based on Milton's "Paradise Lost." The producer is uncertain whether to secure a bass or a tenor. •. ■• ■ Mr. Bernard Shaw, as the author of "Tho Devil's Disciple," thinks that the quality is immaterial. He says that in the world's present condition Lucifer would speak like modern diplomats and statesmen. The character of the voice would be similar, and Itfilton's fallen augela make magnificent speeches, he said.
