Harrison and Gash, Limited, together with that very desirable area of land situate in- the heart of- Xewniarket and having approximate frontages to Khyber Pass road 165 feet, King street 200 feet, and Short street 132 feet. The buildings comprise residential and business premises, the latter being at present occupied by Mossrs. Harrison and Gash, Limited. Alternative tenders may be submitted for:— (a) The land as a whole, containing a total approximate area of 2 roods 29 8 perches and the buildings thereon, together with the said plant, machinery, equipment, and stock-in-trade. (b) The whole of the said land without the said plant, machinery, equipment, and stock-in-trade. , (c) That portion of the land comprising the business block, having an approximate area of 1 rood 2.3 perches, with approximate frontages to Khyber Pass road 66 s feet and Short street 48 feet, together with the said plant, machinery, equipment;" and stock-in-trade. (d).
