Alternative tenders may be submitted for:— (a) The land as a whole, containing a total approximate area of 2 roods 29 8 perches and the buildings thereon, together with the said plant, machinery, equipment, and stock-in-trade. (b) The whole of the said land without the said plant, machinery, equipment, and stock-in-trade. , (c) That portion of the land comprising the business block, having an approximate area of 1 rood 2.3 perches, with approximate frontages to Khyber Pass road 66 s feet and Short street 48 feet, together with the said plant, machinery, equipment;" and stock-in-trade.
