(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' GISBORNE, .This Day. The arrival of the Port Dunedin from Wellington, carrying meat reported to have been loaded bjr non-union labour, was expected to precipitate a further dispute on. the waterside to-day, but after a lengthy meeting the waterside workers agreed to load the wool and butter awaiting shipment, leaving the question of meat-loading unsettled. No effort was made by the employers to secure the transhipment of meat today.
The unemployed maintained, their support of the unionists by refusing to work on the lighters,.and only a small response was made to the call for nonunion labour for the Tiroa and the Alwy'n.G, coastal vessels. ' ■
