They had a small number of sheep in the yards—enough to keep the learners going all day. ■ . ■ ■ Managers of other works say that their works will be able to carry on satisfactorily, and that abundant nonunion labour is offering. At the same time, union leaders say the men; are firm in declining work on the terms offered. . . ■ . /
