(British Official Wireless.) (Received 22ud November, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 21st November. .President Hoover and President-elect Roosevelt will get to Washington to-' morrow for the war debts discussion. President Hoover will be assisted by Mr. Ogden Mills, Secretary of the Treasury, and Mr. Roosevelt by Professor Moley, of Columbia "University, an expert on economics, who has loug been one of his associates.
