. ' BEBLIN, 19th November. Secrecy has-been observed in respect to a conference in which / President Hindenburg received Dr. \Hugenberg, leader of the Nationalists, Herr Dingel.dey, leader of the People's Party, and Dr. Ludwig Kass, leader of the Centre Party.
