Iwo men were arrested in Mercer street by Detective-Sergeant Eevell and Detectives Murray and Bayliss.at 6 o'clock on Saturday evening. They were later ad-mitted-to bail, and it is understood that they will appear at the Magistrate's Court to-morrow on bookmaking charges.
