Lloyd Steamship Company has- decided to equip the liner Westfale.n as a mother ship for ; Transatlantic mail aeroplanes. The vessel will be ' stationed between. Bathnrst, capital of the British colony, of Gambia, and' the island of Fernando Noroonha'j off the coast of Brazil,- and will- be' provided with a landing, platform, stores o:f fuel, and spare parts and wireless equipment
