KELSON SHOW
AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS

NELSON, 19th November.
The Nelson Agricultural and Pastoral Association's annual show held at Richmond Park yesterday and to-day was an outstanding success in every way. The exhibits constituted a record, and thero were largo attendances on each day. The show was officially opened by Mr. H. Atmore, M.P., and Messrs. W. J. Poison, M.P., president of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, and Mr. A. Harris, M.P., also spoke. Among the championship awards were the following:—Jersey bull, Mr. John Inglis (Riwaka); Jersey cow, Mr. S. H. Wearing (Richmond); Priesiiin bull, Mr. K. W. Coppell (Brightwater); Eriesian cow, Mr. W. C. Hammond (Richmond); Shorthorn bull, Mrl N. G. Cole (Motupiko); draught entire, Mrl W. Wells; Berryman Cup for champion hack, Miss Mary Goulter (Blenheim); Roniney Marsh ram over 18 months, Mr. P. C. Page (Brightwater); Roniney Marsh ewe, wet, with lamb at foot, Mr. J. H. Jordan (Hope); Southdown ram over IS months, Mr. H. C. Schroder ! (Richmond); half bred ewe ovex 18 :months, Mr. G. Hobson. (Riwaka)i:" ':'v
