NEW YORK, 19th November.
Chicago wheat futures: December, 4314 cents; May, 48 5-8. cents; July, 49 7-8 cents. New York, cash, 53% cents.
LONDON, 19th November.
Wheat cargoes to-day were quietly steady at unchanged prices, owing to a decrease in the quantity afloat. An Australian part cargo in bulk sold at 25s 6d. Parcels were in poor demand, -and occasionally lower owing to appreciation in the exchange. Australians were not offered. Futures: London, December 23s 3d per quarter; February-April, 22s 4%d; Liverpool, March, 5s 1 l-8d per centalMay,'ss~ .I'3-Bd.
Values of new potatoes have reached a low level, and Pukekohe merchants are quoting for this week's deliveries £6 per ton on trucks; "At this time last year the rate was £10 to £11 per ton.
