DUBLIN, 7th November.
"I .suggest that ,an illustrated souvenir of the Free State delegation's activity at Ottawa be published to pay the expenses, although this might necessitate Mr. de Valera. revealing what his colleagues of the Irish Bepublican Army suppressed when they stopped the films showing the Free State delegates arriving at Ottawa in top hats," said Mr. McGilligan, the former Finance Minister, when attacking Mr. de Valora during the foreign expenses debate. The list includes £2700 for the Ottawa expenses. Mr. McGilligan recalled that the vice-president, Mr. O'Kelly, last year described a message of loyalty to the King as "hogwash," but, nevertheless, he participated in tho Ottawa Conference's message to Bis Majesty,
