ESPERANTO CLUB.
The weekly meeting of the Wellington Esperanto Club was ield on Tuesday evening in the V.M.C.A. Mr. Bertram Potts presided. . Letters received from the British Esperanto Association, London, and from the Universal Esperanto Association: at Geneva, gave encouraging information as to the progress ■of Esperanto* in England and on the Continent., Kcgular tours were being organised from England to the Continent, and the use of .the auxiliary language was adding much to the pleasure of the tours.- "A*"postcard was received from Czeeho-Slavokia inviting correspondence. After an hour's class work and conversation in Esperanto, the members sang well-knowii. airs'.'i?ith Esperanto words, among them being a"'favourite Maori love song. A most ' enjoyable evening was brought to a close- with 4he singing of "Bio savu la Kegon." :
