BRITISH IMPORTATIONS

LONDON, 17th November. In the House of Commons Mr. r .WBunciman, President of the Board of Trade, informed Sir Vivian Henderson (C.) that the chief sources of imported, ■apples for the last nine months were: United States, 2,488,000 cwt; Australia, 1,683,000 cwt; Canada, 921,000 ewt; New Zealand, 572,000 cwt. Tho foreign totals were: 3,409,000 cwt; Empire, 3,200,000 cwt.
