REVIVAL OF CONSCIENCE
OTTAWA, loth November. As a result of the Oxford Group's religious revival here the Government is in receipt of three sums as conscience money. A' man and his wife to-day handed over a 12,200-dollar cheque for Customs duty evaded for many years, with compound interest.
