UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
A decree nisi, to be moved absolute after three months, was granted by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the Supreme Court to-day to Arthur Gill on his undeiended petition for a divorce from Elsie Frances Gill on the ground of mutual separation. Mr. J. B. Yaldwyn appeared for the petitioner.
