The anticyclone which has been responsible for the fine weather of the past few days still covers the Dominion, but pressure has commenced to fall in the far South. Conditions have been mild and pleasant generally, and the winds, variable and light to moderate, but northerließ have predominated from Cook Strait southwards, and by this morning- they had freshened somewhat about Cook Strait.
