Mr. Norwood said that the, receipts did not give an indication of the financial position of the service because of the irregularity of the donations. Mr. J. Jack (treasurer) said that donations, were falling off, although the receipts this month showed a slight mcreaso over those of last month. It the receipts did not drop any further the service would balance its budget.
