Afc the Conciliation. Council,' which met at Auckland to consider the local drivers' dispute certain legal points were raised by Mr. Davis, the secretary of the union. These were referred by the Commissioner (Mr. P. Hal.'y) to the Arbitration Court for its ruling, and 26th November, at Wellington,' has been fixed as the date and place for the hearing.
