It is understood that the powerful Bural Society has sent a message toi the President requesting the immediate clarification of Argentina's position, iai the face of the Ottawa agreements, "which are most prejudicial to thai Argentine." '
Stressing the fact that in. 1931 th« Argentine exports 'to Britain were! valued at 246,000,000 gold pesos and!. the British- exports to Argentina at '106,000,000 the society expressed th» opinion that there should be immediate steps toward an Anglo-Argentine com*, mercial rapprochement.
