NEW ZEALAND TREATY
DISCUSSION IN CANADA
OTTAWA, 12th October. Referring to the presence of the New Zealand delegation at the Imperial Economic Conference, the Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, to-day told the House of Commons that it afforded an opportunity of discussing the extension of the trade agreement between the two countries for a year. He hoped that further 'negotiations would lead to'the conclusion of another agreement for a long period. .
