(Special to "Tha Evening Post") AUCKLAND, 13th October. From inquiries made to-day, it wa» learned that the £10,000 which has been won by the Comes families in the Irish, Sweepstake is not taxable. The Income Tax Department regards the money won in sweepstakes as capital and not as income. .
