ROAD CYCLING RECORD
Since competing in the Palmerston North to Wellington cycle road race on Saturday, K. Black, a Wellington cyclist, is reported to have established a cycling record for the run between Nelson and Motueka, a distance—of over 30 miles. Black's time was lhr 44min. The previous best time for this strenuous course was lhr 59min and it was registered by Malcolm Moffat, of Motueka.
