PETROL CONFERENCE,
The International Petrol Conference, which was to have taken place in the middle of last month, was postponed until October. Russian interests are expected to take part in the conference.
, Meanwhile it is reported that the nego- ■ iiations which have been proceeding between the Russians and certain of the big groups lave been successful, and that ■when the conference is held it will disxloEe agreement between all parties.
