The ''Yonvaerts," in bold type on its front page, accuses the ex-Crown Prince of treason in plotting the restoration of -the monarchy and demands that ,the Government and Supreme Court do .their duty. . It says that it can prove that the ex-Crown Prince had openly declared that Herr yon Papen, General yon Schleicher, and President Hindenburg had agreed .to seek an opportune moment for the President to Tesign and appoint the ex-Crown Prince as Eegent.
