SYDNEY, 11th October. At the wool sales to-day 12,373 bales were offered, of which 10,817 were sold at auction, 1589 being disposed of privately.
The market was unchanged. Values were firm under spirited Japanese and Continental competition. Greasy merino made up to 14% d.
