FORTESCUE TRIAL
PROBABLE LONG DELAY
(Received Sth February, 1.30 p.m.)' HONOLULU, 7th February. All the Fortcscue defendants iuthe alleged murder case pleaded not guilty. The fixing of the date of the trial has been deferred for one week. Counsel for the defence said that the trial would probably be del-.tyod three or four weeks- awaiting Major Fortescue's arrival in Honolulu.
