CANTERBURY COMMITTEE
Mr. W. Deans, who has been a member of the Canterbury Jockey Club's Committee for some years, has tendered his resignation and this has been accepted with regret. The club has appointed Mr. H. A. Rhind to fill the vacancy. Mr. Khindj who was elected a steward of the club at the last annual meeting, has been a keen supporter of the club and of racing generally for many years past, and he should do good service as a member of the committee. • -
