Saturday's race at Worser Bay.; was held/ over a course of about four jniles iv a good full-sail eouthi" erly. The Ngatoa was the' winner.' with 12min handicap. The Kiwi (serJS' sailad a good race, and just failed teg be«i tlie Kea (314min) for second place* The Seamew (6min) fouled a buoy and! retired, and the Ngaroma had trouble" with her mast and was compelled to; withdraw. The Takapuua O.K. Baby (i%sec) tried a jib, but did not make a good showing. The Butterrib did not set a spinnaker and loßt a lot of ground on this account. Results and finishing times were:—Ngatoa (12min), 4hr. Smin, 1; Kea (3%min), .4hr smin 20sec, 2; Kiwi (scr);-! 4hr Smin 40sec, 3. Also started: Ngamutil (Sinin), 4hr 7min 20sec; Demon Xlmin),: 4hr Brain 30sec; O.K. Baby (l^min), 4hr lOmin; Butterrib (scr), 4hr lOmin 3sec. Ngaioma and Seamew did not finish.
