GARDEN FETE.

A garden fete under the auspices of the Wellington East Methodist Circuit is to be held in the grounds of Mr. Hope-Gib-bons, "Ngaroma," Queen's Drive, Lyall Bay, on-Saturday next, 13th inst. The beautiful garden, with. its varied collection of English and native trees, shrubs, ferns, and flowers, is well worth a visit, and there will be numerous attractions to lLterest visitors, including folk dancing and maypole. The gates will be open at 2.30 p.m., and the fete" will bo officially opened by the Mayoress, Mrs. T. C. A. IJislop, at 3 p.m.
