OYSTER ENTERPRISE.
Subscriptions are invited for shares in the Stewart Island Fresh Oyster Co., Ltd., which went to allotment on 18th January.. The company has embarked on a patent system of carrying and storing oysters in circulating fresh sea water in ships' holds. It is proposed to apply -the system to oysters carried direct from the Stewart Island beds to point of delivery in- New Zealand or Australia,
