Teams representing the Stage and th« Press played their1 second cricket match of this season's series for the Hodson Cup at Kelburn Park- yesterday. . The Press won by 106 runs, and, having won the previous match, retained, possession of the cup. The scores were: Press, 177 (O'Neill 77 retired, Blnndell 25, Harrington 14 not out, Hennessey 12, Crisp 11, Mummery 10); Stage, 71 (K. Yates 24. Bell 13, Cowley 12). Bowling: For the Stage, Patterson four for 52, Bell two for 29, Thorpe two for 44, Yates pne for 39 ;; for the Press. O'Neill two for 7, Harrington one for 17, Holstead two for 14, King three for 15.
