BUTTER IN PATS
The formation of a company to undertake the marketing of Australian butter in pats m England was considered in Sydney recently by a conference of co-operative and proprietary butter interests from all fctates. It was decided to form a company, to be called the Australian . Dairy .Products, Ltd., with a capital of £50,000, divided into £5 shares. The object of the company will be to market butter in London in pats. New Zealand houses in London have been packing in pats for some years past, the butter being definitely labelled Ivew Zealand produce, and going into many markets besides the United Kingdom.
