INDIAN CRICKET TEAM
CALCUTTA, 4th February. Tho Indian Board of Cricket Control is likely to invite the Maharajah of Patiala to captain tho Indian team which is to visit England during the summer.
Prince Ghanashyam Singh, of Limdi, will be deputy-captain, and the Maharajah Kumar of Vizianagram the vicecaptain of the team, which was selected to-day and will sail on 2nd April. The tourists will meet all the leading county teams, tho Marylebono Club, and the universities; also they will play one Test at Lord's in June.
