CRICKET
NEW ZEALAND TEAM
It is reported that the New Zealand cricket selection committee is to meet in "Wellington next Tuesday to select the team for the first Test .with the South Africans, which is to bo played at Christchureh, commencing on the 27th February. The members of the selection committee are:—Messrs. N. 0 Sneddon (Auckland), L. T. Cob'croft (Wellington), H. B. Whitta (Canterbury), and P. Williams (Otago).
