NEW SOUTH WALES SUED
COMMONWEALTH WRIT
SYDNEY, 3rd February. A High Court writ was issued this afternoon in Sydney against the State of New South Wales, claiming the repayment of £.243,118 on account of moneys due under the financial agreement. The claim includes also the.cost of exchange between1 Australia and England and Australia and America on moneys payable as interest.'' The matter "will be taken to trial without delay.'
