RATEPAYERS' POSITION
The position of' many former ratepayers who were likely" to bo disfranchised this year through their, inability t pay rates -was raised at a meeting of the Dominion executive of the New Zealand Farmers' Union to-day. A reso-. lution was carried urging that ratepayers who were not more tharione year in arrears should not be disfranchised, ■'•'
