OTTAWA, 3rd February. The Canadian Prime Minister; Mr,\ E. B. Bennett, announced several Cabinet changes on "Wednesday. Tha former Premier, Mr. Arthur ileighen, is appointed Senator and Minister without portfolio. Mr.. E. N; Bhodes takes Finance. Mr. Alfred" Duranleaa (Marine) takes the Acting-Miniater-ship of Fisheries. Mr. W. A. Gordoa adds_Labour to Immigration and 'Mines. Senator Eobertson. resigns Labour or account of ill-health.
