An official bulletin states that Mr. Mac Donald has suffered- a slight progressive diminution of the vision of the left eye. An operation is being performed to-morow to relieve his condition and check the course of the tronble, which, it is explained, is due to-overwork. Mr. Mac Donald's general health is satisfactory.' His condition, will delay, his departure to the Disarmament Conference.
