CHRISTCHURCH, 2nd February,
Three tin threshing mill owners appeared in the Arbitration. Court to-day and stated their objections to being made parties to the South Canterbury threshing .award.. An award has been madei.butthettiri mill owners complain that they, were not given, a chance to be heard at the Conciliation Council in Timaru when the award was agreed on. : ;.The first .witness was Frank Charles, farmer, of Geraldine.
