(Received sth January, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 4th January. Mr. Geo. Lansbury cabled Lord WUlingdon: "I am profoundly disturbed by your refusal to discuss the ordinances with Mr. Gandhi. All detest assassination, but it is imperative for Britain to carry with her the goodwill and co-operation of all Indian Nationalists desiring a peaceful transformation to self-government, Mr. Gandhi publicly states that he stands for peaceful co-operation, and therefore be should be treated as one whoso advice and goodwill in all matters should be considered." ,
